I finally made the decision to pick up a Triumph to use as a daily driver. One big reason is so I can continue to work on my custom CB750 during the summer and still have a reliable bike. The only problem is I can’t decide exactly which one to get. I’m in love with all the bikes in the Modern Classics range, but I’m trying to decide between the Bonneville, the Thruxton or the Scrambler. I’ll be cruising about 16 highway miles per day and doing some occasional weekend excursions.
The Scrambler seems to be the most versatile while Thruxton might be the most purposeful. The Bonneville is kinda in the middle, and costs about 1k less than the other two.
If anyone out there owns one of these bikes or has experience with one, please give me your opinion. Thanks!
